A series of planting and material schemes respond to the changing levels, aspect and character of the site. Gravel gardens, limestone walkways and boulders transition through woodland banks, ferns, bulbs, grasses and perennial planting, while planted vessels and restored ponds create smaller moments throughout the landscape.
The result is not a newly imposed garden, but an established landscape recovered and extended: retaining the character accumulated over time while creating the structure for its next chapter.
