This project reinterprets an existing hardscaped terrace, embedding it more deeply within the landscape through corten steel, gravel terraces and natural materials that echo the architecture while softening its edges.

A cob stair, integrated planting and carefully composed rockery introduce a deliberate balance between precision and irregularity, while layered grasses, trees and seasonal planting bring movement, enclosure and texture.

TO THE REAR, New pathways, corten steel interventions and layered planting redefine movement, perspective and occupation

The result is a landscape where architecture and ecology become increasingly intertwined, allowing the space to mature and soften over time. Project complete - documentation scheduled for autumn 2026.
